It’s technique and intuition, listening to the body’s cues, its rhythms, and what may sit beneath the surface of physical tightness.
Trained across multiple modalities — including yoga, mindfulness, energy, somatic and trauma-informed approaches — the practice bridges the physical, energetic and sound vibrations, working with both structure and flow.
